Free Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Availability: Orders over $50
  • Note: Tracking may be limited with this option

Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Basics

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Securely package the items you’re returning in their original condition with all tags attached.

Refund Information

Processing Time

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing
  • Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after processing

Refund Method

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB)
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
  • Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error

Exchange Process

Prefer to exchange for a different size or style? Here’s how:

Important Exceptions

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Underwear (all types)

If you receive defective underwear, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? We’re sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.
